Luxsole Farms consists of seven quarter-sections of prime Manitoba rural land, totaling 1120 acres, divided into three distinctive parcels. The first parcel, known as "Recreational Parkland", consists of three quarters side-by-side and runs for a mile and a half along Riding Mountain National Park. The second parcel, known as the "Home Half" and the "West Quarter", consists of three quarters of arable farmland. The Home Half has two quarters in one well-maintained field and includes the main yard site. The West Quarter is kitty corner to the Home Half and is similarly well-maintained.
The third parcel, known as the "Feedlot Quarter", features a lake, excellent pasture and lots of bush. This quarter-section is just five kilometers from the Home Half and is an excellent set-up for many types of animal production.
The main part of Luxsole Farms is located on the north side of the Minnedosa Valley at NE 32-16-18 W and is part of the southern slope of Riding Mountain; elevation 2,000 ft.
Each parcel is easily accessible by major roads and highways. The Home Half is located right on Provincial Highway #10, just 10 kilometres south of Erickson, MB. The Feedlot Quarter is just east off Highway #10 and five kilometres northeast of the Home Half. The Recreational Parkland is right at the end of Provincial Road #262 and is easily accessible from P.R. #357, more commonly known as Mountain Road. Inter-Provincial Highway #16 is 13 kilometres south of the Home Half while the Trans-Canada Highway #1 is 72 kilometres south.

Riding Mountain National Park, Canada's second-oldest national park is 15 minutes north and boasts year-round access to tourist accommodations as well as hiking, camping, wildlife viewing, boating, fishing, and a host of other leisure activities. Cottagers drive as far as 2.5 hours from Winnipeg to enjoy the park and its crowning jewel, Clear Lake.
Riding Mountain National Park was developed in 1935, during the height of the Great Depression. Riding Mountain and Banff National Park, Canada's oldest national park are the only two parks with a common theme – both have a "town-site" within their prospective boundaries. In fact, Riding Mountain's town, Wasagaming, is known as "Mini Banff" because it has a wealth of log buildings (hewn by Scandinavian tradesmen) that house restaurants, dance halls, art galleries and North America's largest log theatre.

The Town of Minnedosa (pop. 2500), incorporated in 1883, is 15 km south of Luxsole Farms and offers exceptional services like a new hospital, elementary and collegiate schools as well as manufacturing and government offices. This town is nestled in a picturesque valley and is the home of Manitoba's only ethanol plant, owned by Husky Oil. Husky is currently undertaking a massive expansion, planning a ten-fold increase in production. Minnedosa is considered one of Manitoba's prettiest towns and offers a variety of shopping, a lake and campground and a vibrant tourism trade. Main Street is anchored by Minnedosa's historic Town Hall with its majestic clock tower.
